unintentional injury related death among children ages 14 and under. Child
safety seats when properly installed and used, can prevent injury and save
lives. The use of child safety seats to prevent death and disabling injuries
is even more crucial as McHenry County grows and experiences increased
traffic and motor vehicle crashes.
